IT: Girato interamente in Sicilia, racconta la storia di Sara, una giovane donna che sogna di studiare teatro lontano dalla sua terra, e di Antonio, un uomo segnato dalla perdita. Le loro vite si intrecciano in un laboratorio teatrale dove l’arte diventa guarigione.
EN: Set in Sicily, the film follows Sara, a young woman who dreams of studying acting far from home, and Antonio, a man haunted. Their paths cross in a small theater workshop where art becomes healing.
Il Regista / The Director
IT: Davide Benedetto, nato a Patti (ME) nel 1990, è un regista e direttore della fotografia siciliano. Dopo gli studi all’Accademia di Belle Arti e due Master in Regia e Direzione della Fotografia, ha firmato cortometraggi come The Gift (2018), Cyber Enemy (2019) e il docufilm Behind the Photo (2022).
EN: Davide Benedetto, born in Patti (Sicily) in 1990, is a filmmaker and cinematographer. After studying at the Academy of Fine Arts and earning two Master’s degrees in Directing and Cinematography, he directed The Gift (2018), Cyber Enemy (2019), and Behind the Photo (2022).
